This agreement is made between the artist and client for the creation of custom artwork. If you are looking to get a commission. Please reach out to me via email and I will send you my art contract. I will also give you and idea of what it entails below. My email is callieshawn18@gmail.com

Custom Commissions
The Artist agrees to send a digital sketch before painting starts upon request. If requested, a couple photos will be provided.

Upon request, the digital sketch will start prior to painting process and the client can make up to two but no more than, two changes or additions to the sketch.

Payment Terms
A %50 non refundable deposit of the total agreed price is required before the Artists work begins. The remaining %50 is due upon completion of the Artwork and before delivery.

Price of commission will be based on how big the piece is, how intricate, how much time it takes, supplies used, and the client will be responsible for shipping or a small delivery fee if local. (payments can be made through venmo, zelle, or a check)

Phone Calls
Client will receive one free 30 min phone call to discuss project or ask any questions. After that, any extra phone calls will be $25 for 15 min or  $45 for 30 min

Rush Fee
Client can request a rush fee for projects needed to be completed under 3 weeks. Rush fees will range from 5-25% of the original commission and price is dependent on the complexity of project and given time.

Cancellation Policy
Once the %50 deposit has been paid- the client agrees that they cannot cancel the project. The client does have every right to cancel before paying deposit.

Duplication/Resale
Once client receives the Artwork, they agree not to duplicate the Artists work in any way.

The client cannot re-sell any work without permission of Artist. In the case of a re-sell, the client must provide the artist with %10 royalty of any re-sale and credit artist.

Client agrees to tag artist and give them credit for any artwork shared online.
